As per the tenancy agreement
Rent under £50,000 per year = Five weeks’ rent.
Rent over £50,000 per year = Six weeks' rent.
Tenant shall pay to the Landlord interest at the rate of 3% per annum above the Bank of England base rate from time to time on any rent or other money payable under this agreement remaining unpaid for more than 14 days after the day on which it became due.
As per the Tenancy Agreement and the Inventory / Schedule of Condition the number of key(s), card(s) or security device(s) listed shall be returned to the landlord / agent. If any key(s), card(s) or security device(s) are missing upon check-out the tenant will be responsible for replacing those key(s), card(s) or security device(s) at their own expense. If the keys are not replaced a fee will be deducted from the tenants deposit and a receipt provided.
If the tenant wishes to obtain any additional key(s), card(s) or security device(s) these will be paid for by the tenant and at the end of the tenancy and be handed over to the Landlord / Agent at no additional cost to the Landlord.
As per the Tenancy Agreement, If the locks need to be changed as the tenant has damaged the lock or the tenant has lost his/her key(s) the costs of a locksmith, new lock and replacement keys for the tenant, landlord and any other persons requiring keys will be charged to the tenant.
