Complaints Procedure
At Edwards & Plumb Property Limited we strive for excellence, if you are, however, dissatisfied with our level of service, please come to us in the first instance. We are always happy to resolve any issues by email, phone or video call but recommend that you put your complaint to us in writing as well. We will investigate your claim and respond to it within three weeks.
Once you have received our response in writing and if you are still not satisfied, you have a right to take your complaint to The Property Redress Scheme:
