At Edwards & Plumb Property we work with clients both internationally and across the UK to source, secure, let, manage and sell properties on their behalf.
Our knowledge and experience have helped to secure private residence, buy-to-let investments and holiday homes. From initial instruction to completion, Edwards & Plumb Property represent the buyers interest.

Rental
Thinking of moving to the UK and looking to secure a rental property before you arrive?
● Finding the right property for you: We help to find properties which fit your criteria. We focus on location, catchment areas for education, transport links, and the age & condition of the property just to name a few.
● Ensuring you are searching in areas to fit your budget: Where necessary, we can steer you to areas more suitable for your budget and needs.
● Accompanied viewings: Once we have found suitable accommodation, we will visit each property with you or provide a virtual tour via video call, walking and talking you through the property in real time.
● Negotiation: Once you have made a decision on the property you wish to rent we will negotiate the best terms on your behalf, ensuring your tenancy agreement is fair and there are no hidden clauses which may become a problem later on.
● Before you arrive: Once your tenancy agreement has been signed we will take care of transferring over all utility services into your name and help to guide you on setting up all online accounts for better management. We can also arrange for internet to be installed, and furniture to be delivered and assembled, ensuring that your move is as hassle-free as possible.
● On your arrival: We will be there on the day to pick up keys and hand them over to you. We will also walk with you through the property and ensure you know how to work each appliance, set your hot water and central heating controls and check the inventory provided by the Landlord or Agent to ensure it is a fair representation of the property. If there are any discrepancies within the inventory report, we will liaise with the Landlord and agent to ensure these are documented.
