Jordan Edwards
Jordan has worked in the property industry for the past 10 years and has excellent knowledge of the UK market.
As well as being a keen UK property investor, Jordan set himself a new challenge in creating Edwards & Plumb Property Sourcing, which saw him channel his entrepreneurial flair and extensive connections to support clients through the buying process here in the UK.
Prior to setting up Edwards & Plumb Sourcing, Jordan relocated to Singapore in 2016 and held senior positions with some of the UK’s largest developers.
He is frequently called upon by fellow agents in Asia to discuss his insights into the UK property market.
Lucy Plumb
Central London born-and-bred, Lucy has worked in the property industry for over 10 years.
Working for leading real estate companies in London and Singapore, and having moved back to the UK in 2020, Lucy has turned her attention to growing Edwards & Plumb Property Management – an integral part of the business, which offers a smooth transition from sourcing to management of buy-to-let properties.
Lucy has a deep understanding of the intricate detail behind the management and letting of residential property, and in July 2021 successfully completed her Level 3 Propertymark Residential Letting & Management exams.
